We answer your questions so you can book with peace of mind and know what to expect at every stage of your trip.
How do I book my transfer?
Choose your route, date, time and number of passengers in the quote tool, enter your email and tap “Confirm my booking”. Your booking is confirmed instantly and you receive an email with your booking number and all the details. The day before, we send you a reminder with the meeting point. You can also book on WhatsApp if you prefer.
How much is a private transfer?
The price depends on the route and the vehicle. Our quote tool shows the rate per vehicle, not per person, so you know the cost before booking. For groups over 20 passengers, contact us on WhatsApp.
How and when do I pay?
You can pay on arrival, in cash or by credit or debit card. We accept Mexican pesos or US dollars at the exchange rate on the day of your service.
Where does my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver waits with a sign showing the name you give us, at your terminal’s meeting point. We cover Terminals 2, 3 and 4 at Cancún Airport and the FBO for private flights. We’ll share directions to find us.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight to schedule pickup around your actual arrival time. Your booking includes up to one hour of waiting time. If anything comes up, contact us on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Your confirmation email includes a link to cancel yourself, free of charge up to 24 hours before your transfer, and you get the confirmation right away. If you need to change any details, message us on WhatsApp. See our cancellation policy.
Do you offer return transfers to the airport?
Yes. You can book your arrival, your return to the airport or both together. We recommend arranging your return in advance.
Do you have vehicles for large groups?
Yes. We have options for groups of all sizes, including the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. We can also coordinate several vehicles for groups of up to 60 passengers in a single day, subject to availability.
Do you provide baby seats?
Yes. Baby seats are available free of charge. Tell us how many you need and your group’s needs when booking.
Can I travel with pets or special luggage?
Small pets are welcome and we can make room for special luggage such as surfboards or golf bags. Tell us what you’re bringing so we assign the right vehicle.
Are transfers insured?
Yes. Our service includes passenger insurance. If you’d like more details on coverage, ask us before booking.
Where does ZAMO go?
We offer transfers to Cancún, Costa Mujeres, Isla Blanca, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Tulum, Valladolid, Chiquilá, Mérida, Bacalar, Chetumal and Mahahual, subject to availability and route confirmation. For Isla Mujeres and Cozumel, we take you to the corresponding ferry piers.
