José Arturo Romero Santos, doing business as ZAMO Transfer, based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico («ZAMO»), is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable laws.

Data we collect

To quote, book and provide your transfer we may ask for: passenger or booking holder name, name for the welcome sign, phone or WhatsApp, email, flight number and time, transfer date, origin and destination, hotel or rental, number of passengers and special needs (baby seats, pets or special luggage). We do not request sensitive personal data.

If you pay online, your card details are captured and processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). ZAMO does not receive or store your full card number.

Purposes

We use your data to quote and confirm your booking; coordinate pickup and track your flight; contact you before and during the service; process payments, refunds and invoices; and handle questions or complaints. As a secondary purpose, and only if you do not object, we may send you offers or ask for feedback. You can opt out by writing to reservas@zamotransfer.com.

Sharing

We share your data only as needed to provide the service: assigned drivers and vehicles, our payment provider and, when required by law, competent authorities. We never sell or rent your personal data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing reservas@zamotransfer.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, a description of the data involved and a copy of your ID. We will reply within 20 business days.

Retention

We keep your data as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and legal obligations; it is then deleted or blocked.

Cookies

This site does not use its own advertising cookies. It may use basic technical and analytics tools so the site works properly.

Changes

Any change to this notice will be posted on this page.
